The Function Purpose
Manage institutional banking projects related to products, services, and core banking systems. Act as the focal point of communication between IB segments and other internal and external departments.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out Business Requirements and Data Collection including the solution’s implementation and testing.
- Manage the relationships and communications with stakeholders to ensure that business goals align with technical capabilities.
- Conduct proper training and documentation for any new solution or system.
- Ensure that the pricing of products and services is stable and not affected by any automatic changes.
- Extract and test samples of products to ensure compliance with the products’ nature/ eligibility.
- Extract and test samples from GL/ live system and check their correctness and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Identify errors and provide feedback to QA to ensure a final product meets business quality standards.
- Document the business testing process.
- Monitor user feedback and perform testing improvements in coordination with QA.
- Act as a liaison between institutional banking and QA team.
- Ensure compliance with legal, audit and regulatory requirements.
- lead the reporting extracted to CBJ, and internal control functions.
- Review the BRD, CRs related to any new change or enhancement related to business on core banking system, CRM, BPM, etc.
- Coordinate and be the focal point, between business segments for any request received through the CEO office, Compliance, Risk, etc.
