Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Client Specialist to join our team in Amman, Jordan. This is an on-site role where you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, answering inquiries, and guiding them through our immigration and translation services. Responsibilities include ensuring an excellent customer experience, conducting needs assessments, resolving client concerns, and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse clients
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact and convey information
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Service, and Experience to deliver outstanding client-focused solutions
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office software and customer relationship management tools
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Prior experience in immigration services, client support, or administrative roles is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Applied English or a related field (e.g., Business, Communication, or International Relations) is preferred
