Role Goal
Manage and respond to all incoming inquiries across platforms with speed, clarity, and a consistent tone. Qualify leads, provide accurate information, and route high intent leads to the Sales team while maintaining clean, secure CRM records inside the academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming inquiries across channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, calls, emails , forms) quickly and professionally.
- Use a unified communication style that matches the brand voice and ensures a premium first impression.
- Qualify leads (need, skill level, goal, city, availability, budget) and recommend the most suitable option (Online / In-person / Workshop).
- Clearly explain program details: expected outcomes, duration, tools, learning method, what’s included, and support process.
- Tag and route leads based on readiness (Hot / Warm / Cold) and hand over hot leads to the Sales/Enrollment team with complete notes.
- Update CRM/Sheets daily with high accuracy (status, source, interests, notes, next step, follow-up date).
- Escalate urgent cases (complaints, time-sensitive requests, high-intent leads) to the appropriate team.
- Submit short reports to management (inquiry volume, platform performance, common questions/objections, insights).
- Follow academy policies: no unapproved promises, no unauthorized discounts, no misleading or incomplete information.
- Maintain strict data confidentiality and follow internal data-handling rules (CRM access, lead data, messages, reports).
Requirements
- 2+ year experience in customer communication, inquiries handling, customer service, or sales support.
- Strong Arabic and English communication (written + spoken) .
- Comfortable handling high message volume daily using mobile + laptop.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented (CRM accuracy is essential).
- Professional, calm, and respectful communication style especially with a Gulf audience.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to on site work.
