Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) | MAF Retail | Head Office Jordan
Role Summary
The Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for establishing a reliable financial planning of both medium and long term for MAF Retail Jordan. The role holder is also responsible for providing stakeholders with relevant financial data for the decision-making process and highlighting the risks and opportunities to the business based on market insights as well as internal data trends
ROLE PROFILE
- Define the budget guidelines based on the business strategy and vision.
- Provide inputs on the preparation of budget and 5 years planning.
- Deliver competitor analysis, market trends and insights.
- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on results and costs.
- Provide insights and development of monthly , Quarterly and Yearly forecast.
- Conduct analysis of performance of new projects post launch and comparison vs feasibility studies.
- Review, develop and implement the country strategy that supports the company’s corporate and business strategies.
- Collaborate with MAF Retail Country Management and other senior stakeholders, to provide them with regular updates through having an agreed communication plan that is conducive for the full duration of the project(s) to deliver on the business objectives.
- Build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with key personnel to help achieve organizational goals.
- Responsible for the preparation of business presentations and reports related to Finance function for various stakeholders, on periodic and ad hoc basis as and when required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
- Ensure alignment of procedures in accordance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Post Qualification in Finance/Audit and/or Information Systems.
- CMA Holder
- 8-12 years in FP&A
- 5 years in Retail Busniness.
