Role Summary
- As a Paid Digital Media Associate, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across key digital platforms.
- You will manage paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition performance.
- This role plays a critical part in scaling our digital growth by delivering data-driven campaign optimization, audience strategy, and measurable revenue impact.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital acquisition channels.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and optimal ROAS performance.
- Build advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance and acquisition efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign results.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and inform future optimization strategies.
- Identify and test new paid acquisition opportunities and channels to scale growth.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling Ad creative and with analytics to refine attribution
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused paid media campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise buying media and managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-l native reporting).
- Proven experience with data driven marketing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Relevant and current digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint).
