Customer Service Officer (Fluent English Required)
📍 Location: Amman, Jordan
🕒 Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
HTT – High Tech Talents is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our growing team supporting international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating projects with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and understand their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide customers with updates on project status.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on customer requests.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor project timelines and support customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working Conditions
- 9 working hours between 5 PM – 2 AM
- U.S. holidays schedule
- Office-based work with up to 3 remote days per month
