PersonalHour is making Pilates more accessible, exciting, and beautiful—and PersonalHour Jordan is growing.
We are looking for an exceptional communicator to help customers across the United States discover the right Pilates equipment, make confident purchasing decisions, and receive outstanding support throughout their journey.
This is not a routine call-center position. You will speak with customers, solve real problems, generate sales, and directly contribute to the growth of an international wellness brand.
What You’ll Do
- Assist U.S. customers by phone, email, and live chat.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Pilates reformers and accessories.
- Explain products, pricing, availability, shipping, warranties, and purchasing options.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, abandoned carts, and previous inquiries.
- Support customers before and after their purchase.
- Resolve order, delivery, and product-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up until cases are resolved.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, warehouse, and customer-experience teams.
- Provide clear daily updates on sales opportunities and customer cases.
English Requirement
- Native-level or C2-equivalent English is an absolute requirement.
- You will communicate directly with U.S. customers throughout your working day. Your spoken and written English must be natural, confident, professional, and highly fluent.
- You must be comfortable handling phone calls, emails, live chats, sales conversations, and challenging customer situations entirely in English.
- Applicants with intermediate or ordinarily advanced English will not be suitable for this role.
Working Hours
- This position follows U.S. Eastern Time working hours, primarily during the evening and late-night hours in Jordan.
- Applicants must be comfortable maintaining this schedule consistently.
- The position is full-time and hybrid in Amman, Jordan, under PersonalHour Jordan.

Pilates Experience
- Being a Pilates instructor is a major advantage.
- Being a Pilates practitioner is also a strong advantage. Experience in fitness, wellness, physical therapy, or rehabilitation will be valuable.
Selection Process
