Mangonel, a growing fragrance brand rooted in craftsmanship and premium quality, is looking for a strategic and
hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence and accelerate growth in Jordan and across the
region.

measurable results ,this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Driving:
* Lead and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies.
* Drive digital growth (Meta, Google, SEO/SEM) with clear ROI targets.
* Manage product launches and seasonal campaigns.
* Support B2C and B2B channel expansion initiatives.
* Own marketing budget and performance KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing within fragrance, beauty, FMCG, or premium brands.
* Strong digital performance marketing background.
* Experience in revenue-driven growth strategies.
* Fluency in Arabic and English.

Skills
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a
plus).
* Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, or
personal care industry, preferably in Jordan or the Middle East.
Technical & Strategic Competencies
* Strong understanding of regional beauty market trends and consumer behaviour.
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta
Ads Manager, CRM systems, SEO/SEM tools).
* Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into measurable business results.
Preferred Certifications
* Marketing automation certifications (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).
* Optional certifications in AI or cloud technologies.
Soft Skills
* Fluency in Arabic and English.
* Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
* Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
* Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience managing multi-brand or international beauty portfolios.
* Background in luxury or premium brand marketing.
Established network within local media, influencers, and retail partners
