Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Amman. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across key social platforms to showcase ThirtySix and its clients’ brands. Responsibilities include developing social media calendars, writing posts and captions, coordinating visual assets with the design team, and ensuring brand voice consistency. The role involves managing day-to-day community interactions, monitoring comments and messages, and escalating feedback where needed. The Social Media Manager will track performance metrics, optimize campaigns for reach and engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to support broader marketing and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts and growing online communities.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing, including planning content calendars and crafting engaging, brand-aligned copy.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative, design, and client-facing teams.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting to track KPIs and inform data-driven decisions.
- Experience in a creative agency or design-focused environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
