Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team and support the execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and communication activities that promote the bank’s products and services.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, managing brand materials, supporting digital and social media efforts, and ensuring the effective delivery of marketing initiatives across different channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing marketing and promotional campaigns for the bank’s products and services across digital and traditional channels.
- Support the development and implementation of media plans to ensure effective campaign reach and performance.
- Coordinate with the bank’s advertising agency and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of the bank’s brand identity guidelines across branches, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
- Manage the production of marketing and printing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
- Support the management of the bank’s social media platforms, including reviewing content, coordinating with agencies, monitoring engagement, and influencers management.
- Contribute creative ideas and content concepts for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and digital marketing developments to support marketing strategies.
- Assist in organizing and promoting bank events, activations, and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Support internal departments by providing marketing materials and communication support when needed.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking campaign spending, and preparing related invoices and financial documentation.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing, advertising.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
