Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Amman, Jordan. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer interactions promptly and professionally, and striving to create a positive customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance overall service quality and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and managing Customer Satisfaction
- Skills in delivering excellent Customer Experience and handling customer inquiries effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in using customer service tools and platforms is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail industries is an advantage
