Job Purpose:
At Ahli Bank, we are committed to delivering exceptional banking experiences and building long-term relationships with our valued clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Exclusive Associate Relationship Manager to join our Exclusive Center.
This role is ideal for a proactive banking professional who is passionate about client service excellence and relationship support within the Exclusive segment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and deliver a distinguished level of service to existing Exclusive clients.
- Support Exclusive Relationship Managers in acquiring new clients to expand the Exclusive portfolio, contributing to increased profitability, enhanced market share, and strengthening the Bank’s brand image.
- Welcome Exclusive clients and manage their day-to-day banking needs with professionalism and efficiency.
- Accurately identify Exclusive client needs and align them with the Bank’s products and services in a professional and efficient manner.
- Coordinate and monitor banking transactions with relevant departments to ensure timely completion in line with internal procedures.
- Support the Center in achieving assigned sales targets in line with the marketing strategy.
- Execute transactions with high accuracy and proactively minimize operational errors.
- Encourage and guide Exclusive clients to utilize the Bank’s digital channels and electronic services.
- Continuously update client records and obtain any missing documentation during client visits.
- Monitor service level indicators, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to the Branch or Center Manager to enhance service standards and maximize client satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Bank products, services, delivery channels, and campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in affluent client relationship management or Private Banking segment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking & Financial Sciences, Accounting or an equivalent field.
- Strong understanding of banking products and financial services.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
