How You'll Contribute
- Lead and manage a team of HR Business Partners - Oversee, coach, and develop HRBPs to ensure effective delivery of HR support across business units.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership - Provide expert guidance on people strategy, talent needs, organization design, and workforce effectiveness.
- Align HR strategy with business objectives - Ensure HR initiatives, programs, and workforce plans directly support business goals and key priorities.
- Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives - Drive succession planning, leadership development, talent assessments, and future ‑ focused workforce strategies.
- Partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness - Consult on restructuring, organizational design, and change management to enhance performance and scalability.
- Monitor HR trends, risks, and compliance issues - Establish mechanisms to analyze HR metrics, identify trends, ensure regulatory adherence, and mitigate risks.
- Lead major HR initiatives, communication, and engagement programs - Develop and execute enterprise-wide HR initiatives and communications that strengthen culture and engagement.
- Provide expert support on employee relations & performance management - Guide leaders on complex cases, conflict resolution, employment law, and performance improvement.
- Develop HR policies, frameworks, and people ‑ centric solutions - Design people policies, work environment strategies, and tailored HR programs aligned with business needs.
- Use analytics to inform decision ‑ making and optimize HR programs - Leverage data to monitor program effectiveness, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
WhatYou’llBring
Years of experience: 12+ years in an HC Business Partnering role
Technical Skills: Knowledge of local labour laws and ability to technically apply policy updates, governance requirements, and compliance checks.
Strong technical understanding of onboarding to offboarding processes, compliance updates, statutory reporting, and employee relations workflows.
Proficiency with Excel, modelling tools, and ideally Power BI / Tableau / Alteryx.
Collaborative leadership style, able to orchestrate cross-functional alignment.
