About The Role
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Governance, Risk and Compliance Department for a
one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
- Job tasks and responsibilities
- Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of certification and award applications.
- Collect, organize, validate, and consolidate required data, evidence, and documentation from various departments.
- Assist in drafting narratives, justifications, and supporting content required for certifications and awards.
- Track certification and award timelines, milestones, dependencies, and submission deadlines.
- Maintain and regularly update trackers, dashboards, and repositories related to certifications and awards.
- Support internal assessments, gap analysis, and readiness checks against certification or award criteria.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with internal stakeholders to ensure timely inputs.
- Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and status reports for management and governance forums.
- Support audit readiness activities, document control, and version management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, compliance, and recognition programs.
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree in business administrations, marketing, management information systems, business analytics, industrial engineering, quality management or any related field.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to prepare structured documents and presentations.
- Familiarity with quality frameworks, certifications, or awards is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and record management.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
