Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with clients within the fashion, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the hospitality, corporate, retail, and fashion sectors
- Proactively approach potential clients through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to support long-term partnerships
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to present the company’s services and solutions
- Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of leads and track progress toward conversion
- Support the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding, in coordination with internal teams
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and client communications
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
- Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, and sales targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Previous experience in the fashion, hospitality, corporate uniforms, or luxury retail industry is highly preferred
- Proven track record in generating leads and converting prospects into clients
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, especially with corporate clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and ability to represent a fashion brand
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
