Job Purpose:
providing reporting and coordination support to the Vice President Commercial. The role focuses on preparing reports, tracking tasks, and supporting daily commercial operations to ensure deadlines are met and activities run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Collect and organize data for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Maintain and update tracking sheets, dashboards, and commercial records.
- Support the Vice President Commercial in following up on deadlines and pending tasks.
- Track action items from meetings and ensure timely follow-up with concerned departments.
- Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Assist in preparing basic performance and KPI reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of commercial documents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in administrative, reporting, or coordination roles.
- Good experience in preparing reports and working with data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Very good communication in English language.
