Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations across multiple regions while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, interviews coordination, offers, onboarding)
- Handle employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies (Jordan / UAE / Iraq)
- Coordinate visa processing, residency permits, and business travel arrangements
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and HR system updates
- Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and official correspondence
- Maintain employee data within HR systems (Kayan HR experience is preferred)
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management
- Contribute to improving HR processes and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–3 years of HR experience (ICT sector experience is a strong plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Solid knowledge of labor laws (Jordan / UAE / Iraq)
- Experience handling visas and travel coordination
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with HR systems (Kayan HR is a plus)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
