Job Summary:
We are hiring an AI Automation Specialist on behalf of one of our clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining artificial intelligence–powered and automated systems that support recruitment and talent distribution operations.
This role focuses on improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in candidate processing, matching, and placement through the use of modern artificial intelligence and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage automated systems for:
• Curriculum vitae screening and classification
• Candidate profiling
• Resume parsing and data extraction
• Candidate-to-job matching
• Curriculum vitae distribution to partner companies
• Integrate artificial intelligence tools into existing recruitment and human resources platforms.
• Build workflows to automate repetitive recruitment tasks.
• Optimize candidate databases using artificial intelligence–driven tagging and filtering.
• Monitor system performance and improve accuracy and processing speed.
• Collaborate with human resources, training, and recruitment teams to understand operational needs.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade automation systems.
• Research and implement new artificial intelligence tools relevant to recruitment and human resources operations.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Information Technology
• Data Science
• Or a related field
Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in:
• Artificial intelligence development
• Automation systems
• Workflow automation
• Human resources technology systems
• Or similar technical roles
• Experience with recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems, or human resources software is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
• Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning tools and application programming interfaces (for example: OpenAI, Google Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Azure Artificial Intelligence).
• Knowledge of automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, and UiPath.
• Experience with resume parsing and data extraction tools.
• Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Strong application programming interface integration and database management skills.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
Professional Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
