Job Summary:
We are hiring an HR Trainer – Employability & Career Development on behalf of one of our clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering professional training programs that prepare job seekers with essential workplace and career readiness skills.
This role focuses on equipping candidates with the tools, confidence, and competencies needed to succeed in local and international job markets through structured training, mentoring, and continuous support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver training programs focused on employability and career readiness.
• Train candidates on:
• Curriculum Vitae and cover letter writing
• Interview preparation
• Professional communication
• Workplace ethics and behavior
• Time management and teamwork
• Job search strategies
• Conduct workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
• Assess trainees’ skills and provide personalized feedback and development plans.
• Prepare candidates for remote and international work environments.
• Monitor trainees’ progress and report outcomes to management.
• Update training materials based on market trends and employer needs.
• Support candidates in building professional confidence and soft skills.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and human resources teams when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Human Resources
• Business Administration
• Psychology
• Education
• Or a related field
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
• Human resources training
• Career coaching
• Employability training
• Talent development
• Or similar roles
• Experience training job seekers or fresh graduates is highly preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire candidates.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and employment practices.
• Comfortable using online training tools and digital platforms.
