Business Unit Overview
A career in Learning and Development, supporting the Assurance Line of Service, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.
How You’ll Contribute
As a Learning Coordinator, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support learners by mapping them to the right training programmes and providing basic guidance on professional qualification pathways.
- Coordinate the full annual learning cycle — planning and delivery — ensuring readiness, scheduling and smooth execution.
- Manage logistics for 20+ regional training events, including in‑person and virtual sessions, facilitator coordination, materials, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain accurate learner data, LMS records, compliance reports and follow‑ups to ensure timely completion of mandatory learning.
- Track progress, attendance and completion across programmes and escalate non‑compliance when required.
- Maintain current learning records, LMS data, reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.
- Assist Learning Managers with audit‑ready documentation for qualification and compliance cycles.
- Promote learning initiatives through clear communication, including internal postings and programme updates.
- Handle queries from staff exploring internal mobility and direct them toward appropriate development options.
- Gather and analyse feedback to support continuous improvement of programme delivery and learner experience.
- Free operational capacity for Learning Managers and Senior Associates by taking ownership of day‑to‑day coordination tasks.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 1–3 years in Learning & Development, HR coordination, training administration or a similar operational support role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) capability
- Basic data tracking/reporting skills
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Clear communication and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
