Role Description
Refined Business Solutions is looking for a results-driven Business Consultant to join the team. This role is designed for professionals who thrive at the intersection of strategic advisory and revenue generation.
While the title reflects a consultative approach, the primary focus is on B2B sales. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to business owners, identifying their pain points and offering tailored solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Language: Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) at a professional business level.
- Schedule: Must be available to work 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Local Time).
- Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent professional experience in sales or business development will be considered.
- Sales Acumen: A track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a metrics-driven environment is highly valued.
- Resilience & Grit: Comfortable with high-volume prospecting and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
- Consultative Mindset: Ability to listen actively and pivot conversations based on client needs rather than sticking rigidly to a script.
