Smart Cell for Communication System and Contracting (SCCC) is seeking a highly experienced Technical Operations Officer to lead system support, infrastructure management, and operational continuity across multiple service centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in installation, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of technical service systems across operational centers.
- Support and maintain auxiliary systems including queue management systems, biometric systems, access control systems, networking infrastructure, internet connectivity, power systems, and related technologies.
- Provide 24/7 technical support (on-call support during weekends and holidays when required) to ensure uninterrupted service operations.
- Manage servers, operating systems, and applications, including monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Perform system updates, license management, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain detailed system documentation, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure implementation of information security policies across all operational systems.
- Participate in technical evaluation committees and vendor assessments to ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of networking and communication systems management.
- Perform additional duties within the scope of responsibility to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in technical support, systems administration, or IT infrastructure management.
- Professional certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent networking/system certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong experience in server management, networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of information security practices.
- Ability to manage high-pressure operational environments.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
