About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong backend expertise and frontend exposure
to drive end-to-end technical delivery. Lead and mentor a development team while ensuring
high-quality code, best engineering practices and build scalable, reliable solutions in close
collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a developer team, and ensure code quality through code reviews,
- Automated testing, and best practices
- Design, develop and deploy scalable backend & frontend solutions
- Integrate AI services into backend workflows
- Apply best practices in clean code & architecture
- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Frontend -React.js and modern state management libraries
- Backend - Node.js
- Typescript is a must
- Databases - MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, TypeORM, Prisma, Sequelize
- Real-time applications experience
- AI Integration: integrating AI/ML services & APIs
- Git/GitHub, Agile, Microservices architecture, Performance & Development
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
