Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Amman for a Customer Service Officer. The role involves resolving customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Customer Service Officer will handle client issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and serve as a primary point of contact to address and meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships and communicate effectively with clients
- Proficiency in handling customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience
- Experience in customer support and delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of the financial sector and trading is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
