Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Drivers Supervisor to manage and supervise a large number of drivers and company vehicles within our dairy distribution operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all administrative and operational matters related to drivers.
- Monitor attendance, working hours, discipline, and compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Organize drivers’ schedules and assignments in coordination with the Transportation Department.
- Ensure daily vehicle cleanliness, inspection, and technical readiness before dispatch and after return.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department regarding breakdowns and technical issues.
- Monitor proper use and care of company vehicles.
- Conduct daily performance evaluations for drivers (discipline, behavior, cleanliness, and vehicle care).
- Calculate drivers’ commissions and incentives based on daily performance evaluation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience supervising drivers and fleet operations (preferably in FMCG / food distribution).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
