In his role with the Finance Department the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with financial reporting.
The main tasks & Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting functions including prepaid, accrued and general ledger transactions.
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Participate in the month-end close process.
- Manage bank reconciliations.
- Experience with sales tax preparation and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
- SAP experience is a must.
- Excellent with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
