Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operational Specialist role based in Amman. The Operational Specialist will support day-to-day operations by managing projects, streamlining processes, and coordinating tasks to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing operations management, supporting sales teams with operational needs, and utilizing analytical skills to identify areas for improvement. This role requires collaboration across departments and effective communication to ensure the organization's goals are achieved.

- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to support sales-driven objectives
- Experience in Operations Management and Project Management to oversee and optimize workflows
- Problem-solving mindset and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency with relevant tools and software in operations and project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar operations role is a plus
