Web Software Developer Team Lead

Position Responsibilities

Lead and manage team of software developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance support.
Act as the primary point of communication between the development team and other stakeholders, including Product Management, QA, Support, and other technical teams.
Design, develop, and maintain web applications with a strong focus on Angular and modern front-end technologies
Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and support release planning
Work closely with QA teams to ensure code quality, resolve defects, and support testing activities
Assist Support teams by analyzing and resolving production issues and providing technical insights when required
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development processes
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision making
Track team progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks
Promote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and a collaborative team culture

Experience

Required Competencies :

8+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, designing, building, and deploying scalable applications
2+ years of team leadership experience, including mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and managing tasks in Agile environments
Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams, collaborating with product owners, and delivering high-quality features on schedule

Technical Skills

Frontend Frameworks:
Advanced expertise in Angular (component-based architecture, RxJS, state management, modular design, and unit testing)
Strong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, Redux, routing, and component performance optimization)
Backend Development:
Solid hands-on experience with .NET Core for building RESTful APIs, microservices, backend business logic, authentication/authorization, and integration layers
Familiarity with dependency injection, middleware, Entity Framework Core, asynchronous programming, and API security best practices
Database:
Strong knowledge of MS SQL (MSSQL), including database design, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning
Experience integrating .NET Core services with modern frontend applications.
Proficient with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and responsive UI development
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS is a plus)
Experience with automated testing frameworks and adherence to development best practices

Soft Skills

Effective leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing team members
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for various stakeholders
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on quality, maintainability, and performance
Ability to drive process improvements and promote engineering excellence

Additional Strengths

Experience working closely with UI/UX designers to deliver user-friendly interfaces
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards
Strong documentation habits and adherence to coding standards
