Our client is a leading Educational Organization located in Amman, Jordan, that is changing up the tutoring game.
Role Description:
The role provides high-level administrative, operational, and academic support to manage the CEO’s time and priorities. It includes calendar and meeting management, tutoring coordination, stakeholder and parent communication, and support for teaching and VIP students. The role also ensures follow-through on action items, prepares briefings, and protects the CEO’s time to focus on strategy, growth, and center development.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and personal time to keep schedules organized and balanced.
- Coordinate weekly management and branch meetings, take notes, track tasks, and update the CEO on progress.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings.
- Work with top management to share regular updates on operations, finances, student progress, and urgent issues.
- Coordinate tutoring for the students, including scheduling, parent communication, progress checks, and weekly reports.
- Assist with teaching tasks such as preparing materials, assignments, and grading, with understanding of IB, IGCSE, and AP systems.
- Manage the CEO’s emails, calls, and requests, acting as the main point of contact and filtering priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in related fields, educational center, tutoring company, training institute, hospitality environment, or customer-facing administrative role is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially calendar management (Google Calendar/Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
