Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Amman. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. They will manage financial risks, monitor cash flow, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. The role will also involve preparing financial reports, supporting strategic decision-making, and supervising accounting staff.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and risk management
- Experience with accounting tools, financial software, and data analysis
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make sound decisions
