About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our growing delivery platform team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business goals, user needs, and technical execution across our mobile and web applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product development, customer experience, and agile delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate product vision and strategy into clear, actionable user stories and functional requirements
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines
• Collaborate closely with development, design, QA, and operations teams to deliver product features and continuous improvements
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the agile process
• Analyze user feedback, product metrics, and data to identify pain points and enhancement opportunities
• Ensure all product releases meet defined acceptance criteria and deliver measurable business and user value
• Support testing activities, UAT, and release coordination for new app versions
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for product features, workflows, and key decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst (preferably in mobile or web applications)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or ClickUp)
• Strong understanding of delivery platforms, user journeys, and on-demand service models
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user insights
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
• Experience in food delivery, logistics, or e-commerce applications
• Basic UX/UI knowledge or experience working with design tools (e.g., Figma)
• Technical familiarity with APIs, mobile app release cycles, or QA processes
