Job Overview:
Centric Prime is hiring anAdmin Assistant on behalf of one of our clients.
This role focuses on identifying, researching, and engaging potential business clients through lead generation, list building, and outreach activities. The ideal candidate is talkative, confident, people-oriented, and comfortable using AI tools and online research to find opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform online research and data collection as needed
- Assist with document creation, formatting, and file organisation
- Conduct B2B lead generation by identifying potential clients and business opportunities
- Build and maintain accurate lead lists using online research and AI tools
- Perform web research and data sourcing to identify decision-makers and companies
- Engage with prospects through professional communication and outreach
- Qualify leads and gather relevant business information
- Maintain organised records of leads and interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Communication degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and people skills (10/10 interpersonal ability)
- Talkative, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Strong web surfing and online research skills
- Basic understanding of marketing or outreach strategies
- Ability to use AI tools for research, lead generation, and productivity
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
- Strong video presentation skills; comfortable speaking on camera and creating engaging video content.
- Must have high speed internet (Minimum 100 Mbps of Speed) and a computer.
