Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and communicative Remote Online Sales & Customer Service Representative to handle customer conversations across our online platforms. This is a fully remote position, and there is no need to be available at the office.
The role focuses on responding to customer messages, answering inquiries, and actively selling our products through online chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages across online platforms
- Answer customer questions clearly and professionally
- Promote and sell company products through chat conversations
- Receive and process customer orders
- Follow up with customers to complete sales
- Coordinate orders with delivery companies when required
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone that reflects the company brand
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to persuade customers
- Fast response time and good time management
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in online sales or customer service is a plus (not mandatory)
