Job Description
We are currently looking to hire
Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for
fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about Jo Academy’s services and courses.
- Assist students and parents with basic technical or service-related issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while dealing with customers.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Fresh graduate (no prior experience required).
- Bachelor’s degree (any major is acceptable).
- Residents of Amman only.
- Good communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in two shifts (morning and evening).
