Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HCM Consultant, located in Amman. The HCM Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance in the implementation and optimization of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. Tasks include analyzing client requirements, designing processes for human resources management, consulting on employee benefits, and offering tailored solutions to meet business needs. The consultant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and drive client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, including analysis, implementation, and optimization
- Knowledge in Human Capital and Human Resources (HR) practices and strategies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits programs and related best practices
- Strong Consulting skills, including problem-solving, client relationship management, and team collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in high-pressure environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in HCM or Oracle Cloud solutions are a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
