We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join early and take ownership of the build. You’ll work across the stack, collaborate with product and design, and help turn day-to-day workflow problems into real features.
What You’ll Do
- Lead development across the stack for our Microsoft-integrated tool and web platform
- Write and review clean, scalable code with long-term maintainability in mind
- Work closely with product and design teams to shape features from concept to launch
- Identify real user problems and turn them into smart, efficient solutions
Who You Are
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience in Windows application development (C#, .NET Framework).
- Strong proficiency in React and front-end development.
- Solid experience with database engines such as (SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
- Comfortable leading technically, reviewing code, and mentoring teammates
- Able to explain technical decisions clearly across discipline
- You’ve built and shipped real products before, ideally in fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with .NET Core.
- Experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
- Experience developing Microsoft Office add-ins.
- Familiarity with SSR frameworks (Next.js).
- UI animations (Framer Motion, GSAP).
- Basic DevOps exposure (CI/CD, Docker).
