- The Mission: Build robust web applications while actively managing, architecting, and securing our AI-assisted Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Architect and maintain high-performance .NET backends, dynamic React frontends, and optimized SQL databases.
- AI-Augmented Engineering: Harness tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and LLMs to accelerate scaffolding and debugging—while critically auditing all AI code for security and performance bottlenecks.
- Context & Workflow Management: Design intelligent AI workflows, manage LLM token limits/context windows, and design prompt structures or RAG pipelines.
- Secure AI Integration: Use enterprise secrets management (Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault) to securely handle LLM API keys and prevent data leakage.
🧠What You Bring (Must-Haves)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience shipping production-grade applications using C#/.NET Core, React, and relational databases.
- AI Tool Differentiation: Deep knowledge of when to leverage specific tools and models (e.g., Cursor vs. Copilot, Claude vs. GPT) for maximum efficiency.
- Security & Architectural Ownership: A zero-compromise approach to data security, API safety, and clean code architecture.
- Critical Eye: The ability to instantly spot vulnerabilities or anti-patterns in AI-generated outputs.
✨ Bonus Points For
- Experience with Vector Databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Milvus) and framework ecosystems (Semantic Kernel, LangChain).
- Familiarity with advanced CI/CD platforms (Harness.io, GitHub Actions) and managed cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI).
- Advanced React rendering and complex SQL query performance tuning.
