Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Auditor role based in Amman. The Junior Auditor will be responsible for supporting audit plans, reviewing financial documents, ensuring compliance with standard accounting practices, and evaluating internal controls. The role also involves preparing audit reports, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting senior auditors with audit documentation and analysis. Collaboration with various departments to ensure operational and financial accuracy is key to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in auditing principles, internal control evaluation, and financial data analysis.
- Familiarity with accounting standards and financial reporting techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and financial auditing software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple audit projects efficiently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills for error detection and process improvement.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and an ethical approach to all audit-related tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role or internship in auditing is strongly preferred.
