What's the opportunity?
We are looking for a Customer Support Officer, your main mission is to ensure that every customer receives fast, clear, and professional support when they need it, and that their experience with our platform is smooth and productive.
You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Product, and Customer Success), and make sure customers feel supported and valued at every step.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Live Chat, WhatsApp
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues related to BusinessChat’s platform and Meta Business Suite.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams (Technical / Product / Success) when needed and ensure proper follow-up.
- Establish clear client retention goals
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance and product education to customers.
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused toward that mission
- Keep accurate records and document customer service/ success actions and discussions
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, call center, or customer service roles (experience in SAAS software, telecommunications, or e-commerce).
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good troubleshooting abilities and comfort working with software tools and web platforms.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required (evenings/weekends/rotational).
