Scope of Work – Youth Grow Activity (YGA)
YGA Achievements Video Production Consultant
About Youth Grow Activity
Youth Grow Activity (YGA) is a U.S. Government-funded initiative working with national partners in Jordan to help youth aged 10-29 build practical skills and connect to income opportunities; leading to stable communities in Jordan by supporting lawful work, productive routines, and positive engagement for the youth themselves.
Background
across all 12 governorates of Jordan, YGA's strategy is built on two pillars. The first is direct youth engagement: delivering upskilling activities, income-generating opportunities, and positive engagement through Ministry of Youth centers and trusted national institutions, in alignment with Jordan's Economic Modernization Vision and the labor needs of national priority sectors. The second pillar is institutional strengthening: providing technical assistance to national partners within Jordan's youth support system, including the Ministry of Youth, MODEE, ASEZA, KAFD, JREEEF, the Crown Prince Foundation, RSS, AQAC, and GOJ’s universities, ensuring these institutions can deliver and sustain youth-serving programs and policies long after the program concludes.
To document and communicate these results, YGA seeks to engage an individual Video Production Consultant to produce a high-quality video capturing YGA’s achievements and their impact on youth in Jordan, national priorities, and joint interests of US and Jordan. The video will be reviewed by YGA’s communications team and submitted for approval by the U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Section (PAS) prior to finalization.
Purpose of the Assignment
The Video Production Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end production of a three-minute achievements video for YGA. The video will document real program results, capture youth voices and success stories, and communicate YGA’s impact in a compelling format aligned with YGA’s messaging guidance and U.S. Government branding standards. The video will be a primary communications asset for YGA and the U.S. Embassy, intended for use across official channels and strategic communications contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
Review YGA’s messaging guidance document in full prior to commencing work, to develop a thorough understanding of YGA’s strategic framing, audience positioning, and approved communications language.
Participate in a structured brainstorming session with the YGA team to co-develop the video concept, narrative arc, and visual approach.
Develop a video concept, for YGA’s review and approval prior to filming.
Identify and confirm filming locations across YGA’s geographic coverage, which may include sites in multiple governorates across Jordan. The consultant must be willing and able to travel to site locations as required. YGA will arrange and cover transportation, unless filming requires moving heavy equipment that cannot be transported in a standard passenger vehicle.

Conduct all filming, including interviews with youth, trainers, institutional partners, and YGA staff as required.
Capture high-quality footage at program sites, events, and relevant locations across Jordan, covering the full range of YGA’s programming and results.
Operate professional videography equipment throughout all filming activities.
Post-Production
Edit, assemble, and finalize the video to a professional standard, incorporating color correction, audio enhancement, music, motion graphics, and all required branding elements.
Produce the final video at a duration of three minutes.
Add English-language captions to the final video, accurately transcribed and timed to the audio throughout.
Ensure all content complies with YGA’s approved messaging guidance and U.S. Government and YGA marking and branding requirements.
Review, Feedback, and Finalization
Submit the video to YGA’s communications team for review following the initial cut.
Respond promptly to feedback from YGA’s communications team and the U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Section (PAS), and incorporate revisions in a timely manner.
Continue revision cycles as required until the video receives final approval from both YGA and the U.S. Embassy PAS.
Deliver the final approved video file in a high-resolution format suitable for broadcast and digital distribution.

This is a deliverable-based contract. The single deliverable is the final approved version of the three-minute YGA Achievements Video, complete with English captions and fully compliant with YGA and U.S. Government branding and messaging requirements.
The final approved video must be submitted and approved within one month of the date of contract signing.
