"Purpose
The Marketing & Communications Officer supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing and communication initiatives that strengthen the Museum’s brand presence and audience engagement. The role contributes to delivering impactful, consistent, and brand-aligned messaging across digital, print, and onsite platforms while ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Execution
Support the development and implementation of marketing and communication plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Assist in crafting clear and consistent key messages across platforms.
Prepare and edit bilingual (Arabic/English) content for digital and printed materials.
Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines, timelines, and quality standards.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and evaluate campaign performance before, during, and after implementation.
Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations to enhance engagement and visibility.
Monitor trends and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making.
Design Coordination & Brand Quality
Coordinate with designers and internal teams to ensure high-quality visual outputs.
Review layouts, typography, colors, and branding consistency.
Manage workflows related to design briefs, revisions, and approvals.
Digital & Social Media
Manage social media publishing, scheduling, and audience engagement.
Support digital marketing initiatives and collaborate on analytics and performance tracking.
Contribute to content creation through strong videography and video editing skills.
Media & Production Coordination
Support media relations, press releases, and media tracking.
Oversee production of printed materials and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Prepare purchase requests and follow up with Procurement and Finance to ensure smooth processes.
Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing and communications (NGOs, educational, or cultural sectors preferred).
Strong digital marketing and social media management experience.
Excellent Arabic writing skills and good command of English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of branding principles and basic design tools is an advantage.
