MY Facilities Management is a South London–based building and block management company specialising in residential and mixed-use properties. We are growing rapidly in 2026 and are focused on delivering structured, professional and accountable management services.
To support our UK growth, we are establishing an operations office in Amman. We are seeking a graduate with strong written English and at least two years’ administrative experience to join us as our first Property Operations Executive in Jordan.
This is a high-trust, detail-driven role suited to someone organised, disciplined and capable of working independently.
The Role
You will support the management of 200+ UK residential units, including:
- Managing written and telephone communications with leaseholders and residents
- Logging and tracking issues within our ticketing system
- Updating our block management software
- Recording inspections and uploading supporting documentation
- Tracking remedial works and contractor updates
- Forwarding supplier invoices to our accounting systems
- Maintaining structured digital records using Google Drive
You will report directly to the Head of Operations (based in Amman).
Working hours:
Sunday–Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Two Fridays per month (in place of two Sundays)
Requirements
- Degree educated
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience
- Fluent written and spoken English (professional standard essential)
- Strong IT skills and confident using Google Docs, Sheets and cloud-based systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage workload independently without supervision

Starting Salary: 650–800 JOD depending on experience
