Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Amman, Jordan for a Customer Service Advisor. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries via telephone, addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional telephone manner. The role also involves supporting customers with their translation and immigration needs.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Professional Telephone Manner and Customer Support skills
- Customer Service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in translation or immigration services is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in Applied English or Business Administration is a PLUS.
