As a Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, ensuring robust financial governance, and supporting sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with extensive experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, and corporate finance.
𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 & 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven experience in strategic financial management within the GCC
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
- Develop and implement the company’s overall financial strategy and long-term business plans.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow operations.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering efficiency and accountability.
- Collaborate with executive management on investment planning, capital structure, and business expansion.
- Supervise audits and maintain strong internal controls.
