Job Summary:
The HR Recruitment Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in recruitment, HR coordination, and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms and company channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings when required.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
- Assist with career fairs, open days, and university outreach activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications:
- Completed a Bachelors degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English language
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interest in recruitment and human resources development.
