About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Senior Specialist to temporarily join our People & Culture team. The role will focus on Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Career Development to ensure business continuity and a smooth employee experience during the maternity leave coverage period.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.
- Source and attract top talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Workable, referrals, etc.).
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and smooth integration of new hires.
HR Operations:
- Prepare and manage employee contracts, renewals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and HR reporting.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative duties efficiently.
Career Development & Employee Engagement:
- Support ongoing performance management and career development initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, and internal development plans.
- Partner with managers to ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a media, advertising, or digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and labor law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
