4+ years of hands-on experience managing digital paid campaigns with measurable results Proven track record in performance marketing for e-commerce or B2C brands, preferably in the MENA region Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and CRM marketing tools Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions Experience with campaign tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM parameters) Familiarity with KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and AOV Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools is a plus but not mandatory Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals Support lifecycle marketing initiatives through CRM channels (email, WhatsApp, push notifications) Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce Run A/B tests, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies to increase efficiency and scale Assist in budget management and reporting for all performance marketing activities
