This position requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can manage various digital marketing channels including social media, email, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
The Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
Manage and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns including social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
Analyze and report on campaign performance and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content for various digital platforms (social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, etc.
). Monitor industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and keep our strategies relevant.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and media partners.
Conduct A/B testing on various digital campaigns to optimize effectiveness and drive higher engagement.
Ensure brand consistency in digital communications while adapting content for different platforms and audiences.
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
) to track user behavior and high-performing content initiatives.
Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across digital channels.
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to develop strategies that generate leads and enhance customer loyalty.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fintech or telecommunications industry.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools (Google Ads, social media platforms, Email marketing tools) and analytics software (e.
g. Google Analytics).
