We are seeking a proactive
Technical Sales Engineer to contribute to our business growth by providing technical solutions in Mining and Cement Industries. You will engage directly with clients, understand their operational needs, and ensure our products are seamlessly integrated into their processes. This role blends technical knowledge with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our machinery and services, staying informed on the latest technological advancements and market trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories and explore untapped industries to expand the client base.
- Conduct technical presentations to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and applications to both existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current customers while developing new relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client challenges and position our solutions to address their technical and operational needs.
- Provide expert technical support throughout the sales cycle, from pre-sales to post sales follow-up, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage tender processes, pricing strategies, and negotiations in alignment with company goals.
- Prepare detailed reports for management, maintain customer records, and track ongoing sales activities.
- Follow up on delivered products to ensure performance satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and take initiative in launching new sales projects.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales or related role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid technical background and understanding of machinery or industrial solutions.
- Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong business sense and the ability to analyze market needs, identify opportunities, and propose tailored solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
