We’re expanding our communication solutions team and looking for a WhatsApp Business API Expert to manage onboarding, verification, and client operations.

Role Overview
As a WhatsApp Business API Expert, you’ll be responsible for helping our clients activate, verify, and manage their WhatsApp Business API accounts smoothly.
You’ll serve as the main point of contact between Mnasati, Meta, and our clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, compliance, and continuous support.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end onboarding for new clients joining the WhatsApp Business API service.
• Manage account verification, number registration, and business approval processes with Meta.
• Coordinate directly with Meta partners and BSPs (Business Solution Providers).
• Provide technical and operational support for clients (message templates, quality rating, display name, etc.).
• Monitor account performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate cases when needed.
• Keep clients informed about Meta policy updates and feature changes.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, tech, and support) to ensure client success.

Requirements
• Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API setup and management.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, verification processes, and BSP communication.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Technical background or understanding of API and integration concepts is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
